1. takes care of the community and decides player of the week.
2. has the right to use every method available to ensure the group stays friendly.
3. Provide advice to the top administrator about major and minor changer that may need to be added or changed.

Robin5218:
1. Manage the core functions and purposes of the group as we evolve.
2. add, change or delete any given rules or group information including group profile.
3. keep the groups overall information and important notes up to date.
4. take suggestions from fellow amdinistrators about anything regarding their role unless otherwise demanded.
