Rules & Expectations

1) Be on time- Schedules will be given out ahead of time. We ask for your schedules so we can work around what is convenient for you. There will be set times and days when practice will be held. We expect to see mostly everyone set up and ready for practice at least 15 min prior so we can just jump right in!

2) Be there if you're gonna be there- Of course we don't expect every single one of you to be there for every single practice but as stated, schedules will be given out ahead of time. If you can't make it, let us know!

3) Acceptable absences- Work, sicknesses, family issues, vacations etc. If you are going to be absent you must try to give at least 4 hours advanced notice so we have time to find a sub.

4) Punishments due to absences - Consecutive absences that have not been reported will result in a time out. If it continues to become a problem, you may be benched for games/tournaments or in extreme cases have your position terminated.

5) Toxic behavior- Not tolerated period. This behavior depending on how bad it is will result in benching from games to termination of your position.

6) Know you're role- If you are the teams healer, you shouldn't be flanking:) When you pick your role for your team you will strictly be limited to your class to ensure maximum efficiency, especially dealing with bans and counters. (ex: healers should know how to play all healers, tanks should know how to play all tanks, etc.)

7) Competitive experience- It would be best coming in here with some kind of past experience with competitive gaming so you are prepared and know what to expect when entering scrims or tournaments.

8) Equipment- You must have a decent computer that won't lag during games. Mics must have clear audio so your teammates can understand what you are saying

9) Communication- You must have good communication skills to be on any team
