Wanna Change the color of your Mercenary?
Use THIS command:

tf2c_setmerccolor R G B

Since I rencently purchaced GTA V for PC, and because of the holidays the best rough estimate I can make for an event will be somewhere on:

Wendsday, Decemeber 30, 2015.
