SUBJECT: United States Army Garrison (USAG) Atlas-Georgetown Standing Operating Procedure (SOP) #1, Command Policy Memorandums

1. Activation of Element to be attached to the 1st Battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment.

2. Unit to be known as Special Operations and Combat Assisting Element Oxide.

3. Major GhostSniper885 has been appointed as commander of Oxide Element.

4. Captain Wanted DOA has been appointed as exectutive officer of Oxide Element.

5. First Sergeant ______ has been appointed as the senior noncommisioned officer of Oxide Element.

6. The tasking and purpose for these individuals is to train and command Oxide Element and supporting units to secure and maintaion a foothold on the archipelago. This mission is be conducted following SOP's established by Maj. GhostSniper885.

7. Local insurgents may be recieving assistants of professional troops, source unknown.

8. Secure and hold Islands at all costs
