With the refusal of the British government to address the issue of Spanish citizens being senselessly murdered the Royal army has occupied Gibraltar until such unfortunate actions are properly prevented. The men are ordered not to mistreat the people of Gibraltar and to treat them like all other citizens of the kingdom. Franco hopes a peaceful resolution takes place but is willing to do what is needed for the safety of the Spanish people.
