5 Staff Sergent (SSGT)
6 Lieutenant (LT)
7 Lieutenant Major (LTM)
8 Colonel (COL)
9 Captain (CAP)
10 Grand Field Mashal of Doom (GFMD)

Fellow Legionnaires do not have to call other Legionnaire of higher rank Sir (we are all equel here, but it is connsidered a sighn of respect if you do)
