Group for starting up a 10 man.

A 10 man is a 5v5 game with competitive rules, two captains are picked and rock-paper-scissor for first pick of the available players. Captains make alternating picks until both teams have 5 players. The captain that doesn't get first pick gets their choice of map and the wanted side of that map.
