Temporary

As many of you know this is just a temporary group. After we have played with players a few times we will select who makes the team. The team will consist of 10 players, 5 first team players and 5 reserves. First team players always have the rights to play together. So if there are 3 first teamers playing MM with 2 reserves and a first teamer jumps on to play MM the lowest ranked reserve must leave. Once players are selected there is a higher level of expectation for practicing. Firstly you must do at least 20 minutes of TDM or aim maps before jumping into your first MM for the day. You must also learn smokes, flashes, and mollys on your own time. We will schedule at least 2 trainings per week that first teamers and reserves must come to. These will only last 30 minutes to a hour. If you have stuff that pops up IRL and you can't make it that is not a big deal.
Now what are we looking for in the players? Here is a list of everything we are looking for in order of inportance.

1. Has a mic and speaks english.
2. Not a toxic player.
3. Active
4. Has good call outs and talks only when it is needed.
5. Has good game sense.
6. Practices.
7. Has good aim.

I have already started the evaluation process and have been taking notes on players interested in joining the team. Once I start selecting players they will then help as well.
Once we have 10 players selected we will continue to play and eventually select a 1st team and rank our reserves. We will also pick a team logo and name during this time as well as create the new group.
