now you can join on group on filling these requirements, not all have to be met, but some of the critical ones being:

1- Communication needs to be clear, callouts also, vc via discord
2- Must be a chill person and not some tryhard, we arent here for that
3- They must be willing to listen to the team if they say something important i.e "dont peek that awper!" or "hold the bomb" etc etc
4- They should know their role in the team, if they're good at awping, they should be awpers, etc etc
5- Willing to compromise on certain things and try strats with the team
6- Develop good team chemistry, this is a very important part of the team
7- We look for people mainly in the EU region, if you're in NA, unless you are okay with high ping, we welcome you aboard!
