You may or may not have noticed but with the recent TF2 update valve removed the ability to create player attachments. This has destroyed alot of custom content mods, such as Dodgeball, Prophunt, Randomizer, gungame, All Vs One, Red Rover, Sudden Death Melee Redux, and the list goes on. The link below explains the situation a little more clearer
