We are a sub group of The Takeda Clan which you must join before being a member if this one.

The Dragon Warriors are an elite, loyal and dedicated force. Only the most loyal can be members and utmost loyalty is an absolute prerequisite.
Our purpose is simple: Make our clan and unit the most fearsome in all of the multiplayer Shōgun 2 world. I, Takeda Nobutora, will be your Marshall. I will not ask much of you, only that you're ready to fight and that you fight well.

I reward ability and loyalty equally and the rank structure reflects that.

Officer corps:
Then there are my generals, who are chosen based on both supreme ability and loyalty.
The next rank are my Captains, chosen solely on promising ability.
Lastly (and equal to Captains) are my Samurai. These are members who prove to me that they are loyal beyond a doubt and their abilities are not on the battlefield are not taken into question.
Soldier corps:
All other ranks to be decided at a later date and the enrolment of new members.
Both Captains and Samurai may be promoted to general if they can prove to me that they are either loyal enough (in the case of Captains) or capable on the battlefield (in the case of Samurai). In all but exceptional occasions, you must start out as either Captain or Samurai to become a general.

My definition of ability: Those who have a promising skills in the multiplayer mode of Shōgun 2.
My definition of loyalty: I do not wish that you address me by a title, I speak to all as equals. Loyalty is that you stick by me and support my decisions. That is all. I will have my ways of gauging this.

Although I do not foresee us having to make any major decisions, I do have rules on this. I will ask members to vote on certain issues in order to advise me on issues. I am also always open to persuasion, but at the end of the day, the last decision is mine (although I must get permission from Shingen). In spite of this, you will find that I am a reasonable man.

I have assigned a very loose set of duties for each rank:
General: A more political and diplomatic rank. They oversee the others and provide advice regarding inter-unit, inter-clan relations as well as performing the duties of either the Samurai or Captain if they desire.
Samurai: An administrative rank which deals with creating events and announcements whilst bridging relations between the Marshall and captains.
Captain: These people, with their proven military skills serve as tutors for those who have questions based on tactics and other technical elements of Shōgun 2.
Soldiers: I expect you to do your damndest in the multiplayer arena. You must make sure that every other player knows and fears The Takeda Clan Dragon Warriors.
