HERE FOLLOWS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Hereby I, The Peculiar Combustion Engine, declare that our member "Instigator" is the newest addition for the solo-position of "PLAYER OF THE WEEK". I would like to congratulate him with this, honor him, and request an extensive acceptance speech!

Henceforth, it shall be known, it shall be shouted all throughout the cities and the mountains, the hallways and the corridors: "INSTIGATOR IS POTW".
