NWP Gaming

History:


NWP Gaming was formed in 1997 as an American Quake clan named NWP by Steven 'p0rk' Hechtman and Red 'Zithowa' Daly. The two were later joined by Jase 'DarkSpoon' Payne, Chad 'China', and Danny 'Destruction' Semac and went on to take third place in their first official TDM match in Quake 2 during QuakeCON later that year.

On May 23rd, 1998 NWP was joined by newcomer Andrew 'Diddlez' Machalek, an up and coming favorite in competitive 1 vs 1 matches in the Quake series. Later that same year NWP was joined by David 'Spydar' Rogers and Cody 'Kyril0z' Aykroyd, and the name was changed from NWP to NWP Gaming.
