To do this. Here are the simple steps to do it. (COPY & PASTE THE LINK!)

STEP 2: Download Stylized Explosions V2 Link: http://www.mediafire.com/?51bumfqwh9hr9wi

STEP 3: Theres an instructions in the file. I suggest to read it like Twilight Sparkle does.

STEP 4: Install them (read STEP 3 first!).

STEP 5: Launch TF2

STEP 6: Have Fun :)
