Delegation of Powers

~ The Melech has power to sign or veto bills.
~ The Melech is Commander and Chief of the armed forces, and he decided whether or not to go to war.
~ The Melech's Judgement is the highest Judgement of the Land.

~ The Senate is the assembly that represents the people.
~ The Senate may propose and vote on laws or legislation, which they shall send to the Melech.
~ The Chancellor coordinates the Senate and represents the Senate to the Melech.
~ The Chancellor may be impeached by the Senate with a 2/3 vote.
~ A Chancellor is voted into office.

I would like to be a christian preacher and possibly a millitary compnent of the city of David.I do not believe in the devine right to rule.I may form speeches if asked to.
