The adventure of a lifetime

In the beggining there were three. Laxus, Isabella and Jeremy. An elf druid, a human ranger, and a halfling rogue. They did adventure together and killed a bunch of babies. Then they were joined by a wagon folk, Walter Gibbs, a human wizard. He joined the party and they slew a mighty dragon. They were all ♥♥♥♥♥ Then they were joined by the coolest. Daron Marstock. He was this super cool Human Paladin with the only bit of good in the ragtag bunch of companions. And the only question is: What was in the shield?
