This forum post contains information about a 1942RP succession state dubbed: "The New Ottoman Empire"

Organization Lore : After World War I basically destroyed the Ottoman Empire, a small group, dedicated to the empire survived. With this, formed a desire by Finn Steiner to work with them. In which, they both formed an army and dubbed it as "The New Ottoman Empire".

Organization Goal: To be the strongest among all that oppose us.
