This group identifies Steam programs that depend upon Free, Libre, and Open Source Software (FLOSS) to work. Sometimes this dependency is added on to a game well after its release (such as the Steam version of Wolfenstein 3D, which runs on DOSBox), or it is an intregal part of the program from the beginning (such as visual novels running on the Ren'Py engine)

Software that can be played on sourceports is included only if the version distributed by Steam uses such a sourceport.
