Refugee Group

This group have two porpuses, spread the word of the bad actions of Discord Inc. and to meet new people to chat and play with.

Discord is a centralized VoIP software filled with heavy monetization, bloat that takes computer resources and telemetry.
It is true that most software has telemetry, Discord takes an unnecesary amount of data that is not secure on their servers, as they had a large ammount of breaches affecting millions of users, now they try to implement ID verification so its even more of a risk for your personal data.

You can use this group as an alternative but I highly suggest moving to platforms like Mumble or Matrix, even TeamSpeak that even being propietary at least they let you host your own server.
