What's that smell?

I am just a humble fisherman, I spend my time !fishing. My favorite creatures in the pond are the Pond Whales and Joel. But every so often I hear some guy in the distance scream "GET YOUR BALLS IN", and it's a bit concerning cause idk what he means. I hope the balls get the help they need.
