Recently i have had lots of questions about the new world. it will go up and the old world will be stored in the system (advantage of recent upgrade) for a backup server. The following will be copied over:
-Money
-Ranks
-Region Guarded Areas
-Factions
-Rules(most of them)

The Following will not be copied:
-Houses
-Bases
-Resources
-Non Region Guarded areas
-The Old Spawn
