The only rules to follow are the Steam Gifts, and Steam TOS agreements. Other than that, whenever you are feeling generous, but just generous enough for the Steam Gift Chatters then make a private giveaway!

If you create a private giveaway please contact me prior to creating it. This ensures we keep with a schedule, and as a screening process.
