The Hispanic-European Commonwealth of Chicarho was started on Cinco de Mayo , 2058, by Carlos Santana Julio Ricardo Paul Federico Acaday in Madrid, Spain. Inspired by the European Union, that had been gone for fourty years now, Carlos saw Europe as Spanish. He knew it would be hard, and it is still on its way.

Carlos Acaday started the Commonwealth, with the overthrow of the Spanish government. From 2058 - 2059 he built a strong army. He gathered his army, and marched to Paris, France. They killed the president of France, and then killed any soldiers who resisted, or any officials who resisted. Soldiers and officials who surrenderred were sent to Madrid concentration camps. Then Carlos Acaday, started his plan which he called
"deculturization." All signs in French, were stripped and new Spanish signs replaced them. French citizens were sent back to school to learn Spanish. The Eiffiel tower was imploded by the Commonwealth's military.

No one exactly knows where Carlos Acaday plans to go next, but you never know what he could be planning.

The Commonwealth is of a one-party rule. The Chicarho party consists of 6 members. Those shall be decided in 2061, after France is fully deculturized. 5 members are aristocrats, and one is the president, who has power over the five aristocrats.

The Commonwealth does not have any alliances yet, are aren't so open arms about alliances as other nations, but will consider.
