REALLY bad news

as some of you guys may have noticed, the server was down for a couple days.
It wasn't down for an update or anything... and there was nothing i could do to get it up again.
I messaged the hosting company and was told that they are aware and working on it.
Soon after, i got a message saying this...

"As you may have already read in the e-mail sent out, the machine your server was hosted on has suffered a hardware failure. As such, we have reinstalled your server on a new machine with the same IP. Unfortunately, due to said hardware failure, any data you had on the old machine has been lost and this is a new installation."

soooooooo, that's pretty much it. I had backups of the server on the hosting machine... but that doesnt help. The last backup i had sent through to my computer was on the 17th of Feburary...

I'll be getting in contact with the hoster again to see if there is any way to get our stuff back... but it doesnt look good. :(

Server was not showing up for a little as the game had an update. The server is now updated and running.

Server is back up.
No idea what happened, but a simple restart seemed to fix it.

I never got a notification for that message sorry.
It must have gone down late last night then, i havent gotten on today to know if it was running either :/
Ill see what i can do at the moment, but it may be tomorrow before i can properly check it out
