ABOUT Snowblind Operators

We work for those who pay.

Our clan's goal is not to provide order like most clans, but to help those who need someone, or something, dealt with. We offer our services to the highest bidder, not to the one with the greatest cause, though there are some exceptions. In terms of clan structure, we divide ourselves into branches. Here are how they work:

Engineers< Constructors, Armorers
Command <
Agents< Pilots, CQC, Sabotage

Engineers: The clan's main source of weaponry and spacecraft. Constructors build more civil/productive ships. Armorers, however, supply the Agents with weaponry and mil craft, hence the name Armorers. Ships that Agents built may be submitted to Engineers for approval.

Agents: The clan's contractors. The Agents do the dirty work, which Command designates for them. CQCs operate in the interior of ships or stations, usually guarding hangars or manning the ship's defense mainframe. Pilots control the ship's functions. They are like field Engineers, repairing hull breaches and arming small/large ships. Pilots who aren't controlling a small/large ship will aid the CQCs. Sabotages are the more offensive CQCs. They perform assassinations, disable hostile ships from the inside, or break up a hostile blockade from the inside of the targeted ships.

Command: Command consists of 8 members, 4 for each division. They control the clan's contracts. A Command member that is in a certain division is not designated a certain subdivision, though it'd be recommended that they maintain one subdivision mainly.

For non-Command members, they will be ranked from Tiers 0-3. Tier 0 members still need to be fully recruited into the clan, from which they will proceed into Tier 1. Tier 1 members only have access to Tier 1 rooms, ships, and equipment, varying on their main division. Tier 2 members are trusted members and have proved themselves as a true contribution to the clan. They have access to Tier 1 and 2 rooms, ships, and equipment. Tier 3 members are the second highest ranking members, second to Command, of course. They can create, maintain, and advertise squads. They also have access to any and all clan-based ships, rooms, and equipment. By the way, Command can and will disband any squads that aren't serious. We don't expect a stupid squad from a smart member.

Tier 1 materials consist of: med-bay, mess hall, dorms, atrium, hangar bay (not always, only when needed from Tier 1 members), and any handheld equipment.

Tier 2 materials consist of: hangar bay full access, engine/systems room, and ship weapon systems.

Tier 3 materials consist of: bridge access, space traffic systems, special Tier 3 classified material.
