Silvers who want to get better. Climbing the ladder!

We are simply a group of silver scrubs who are willing to work towards improvement as a team. Positivity and improvement is what separates us from the rest. Oh, and Determination.

Rules:

1) Treat each other with respect. We may not be the best, but we're all human. Differences in opinion are no reason to rage.

2) Be dedicated to the game. This group was created with the goal if improving and ranking up. That won't happen unless each and every one of us puts in the time and effort to get better. Expectation is a minimum of an hour of practice each week, preferably more.

3) Have fun! It may be frustrating to be losing sometimes, but in the end it's simply a game. We may aim for rank ups but sometimes we simply get bested. Don't spread the toxicity, just take a chill pill and get it over with. Moving on is one of the greatest lessons in life.

First official team!

As you all know, this group was started only a few days ago. Spawning from a reddit post, we quickly grew in number until we reached our 17 members as of today. In no time at all, we've assembled our first team. In it, we have:

Dazed's Canadian Cousin- Awper/ Mid player

Ed- Support
Spaceman- Lurker/Rifler
SS Sushi- IGL/ rifler

It's time we tested our group's dedication! I will be scheduling a practice and game with you guys in order to get to know each other. If you haven't already added each other, do so now. I'll be PM'ing each of you the Discord server link so that we can keep up with each other's schedules and coordinate dates. See you around!

P.S: If anyone else in the group would like to create their own team, feel free to make a discussion post or add some people and coordinate with each other. I can help if you're having trouble finding people.
