Silent Fear released for L4D 2

After many patches and DLC updates, many things were fixed in L4D 2 that allowed my campaign Silent Fear to be ported to L4D 2. It was very painful to get working, but worth it in the end.

Some people may experience a crash to desktop bug after the intro, I am looking into this.
