The Black Viceroys makes its debut!

Just created this group for funsies, maybe even become a household name for itself... who knows? Maybe we can make it to professional esports, but the Black Viceroys Gang in Watch_Dogs is a downright ruthless and badass gang to represent.

Watch_Dogs had a major influence behind creating this group, so obviously it's gonna be based heavily around it.

Anyways, I, the creator and founder of the group, would like to welcome the group into the public community of Steam groups and welcome everyone to feel free to join!
