Second Order Republic is the refined image of Anarchy. We are built off of the minipulated ideal of Anarchist Communism [en.wikipedia.org], but we are a republic. By this we mean the minipulation of a failed idea, into a social experiment.
Our trials to face are what you, the public, strife for. This social experiment's constructed goal is towards pure Liberalsm through differant strategies.
