Join us building huge stuff in Space Engineers!

This Steam Group for the Huge Builds community Space Engineers server. The goal of the server is to have lots of people working together on large projects. It is open to anyone who is willing and able to contribute, but people are expected to know their way around the game to some degree, so it's suggested that players who are very new to Space Engineers consider learning more about the game before joining the server, though learning is of course part of the experience, so we're happy to help anyone out, and to learn stuff from you. Please read on for more information if you're interested in joining!

The world is set in Survival mode, with x10 Inventory Size and x3 Assembler and Refinery speed. The map is a procedurally generated asteroid-only world (at least until planets' performance impact is reduced), and weapons are disabled.

Because the point of the server is to build huge projects together, all players are expected to contribute on the project that's currently being built.

Smaller projects that are necessary for project completion (like mining ships, welding ships, etc.) are welcome, but to increase performance, we may periodically remove some small ships. It is recommended to check if the ship you want to build is necessary before committing your time to it.
The nature of the server is that everything is shared. Ships may be altered or removed by others without warning. Make sure to make a blueprint of your ship with ctrl+b once completed.
Further, the amount of refineries and assemblers on the server has to be quite limited because they can impact the performance negatively, so special rules apply to construction of these.

Griefing and other harmful behaviour is not accepted at all. Any seemingly intentional disruption of gameplay or destruction of work will result in a permanent ban from the server.

Optionally, you can find the game through the in-game web browser (as long as you're in this group). If it doesn't show up when you're searching for it, I'd suggest sorting the servers by name, finding it automatically, and adding it to Favourites for easier future access.
