This Military Company was comissioned By the WGCD (World Government Committee of Defence) for the goal of devloping young, talented, underachieving army specialists who exhibit raw potential for combat prowess. They may not be the best, but with the help of the Captain these soldiers can be forged into weapons worth being afraid of.
