Sanctuary Server V.2

We all have fond memories of the Sanctuary server and it is my hope to recreate as much of it as I can. I will be relaunching a forum/website under the same URL as the old Sanctuary. If enough interest is garnered then perhaps a game server too.

I will try to keep this updated as much as possible when I finally get working on it.
