* Remove Iceland (wasn't colonised during game timeframe).
* Fix the blank provinces upon start-up (not really too much of a problem, nor too hard to fix)
* Noricum overhaul (it shouldn't be run by Odovacer at this point, but he should be able to retake it pretty easily)
* Ducal & Kingdom layout of Spain (I'll do this one over the next few days, as it's a bit more tricky).
* Properly fix Germanic Paganism
* Mercs (moar mercs, moar!)
* Get this whole "everywhere is Western Roman Empire" thing sorted.
* Few tweaks to Numida (I'm halfway done with this).
* Add in some more Germanic and Slavic tribes (I'm happy enough to do this).
* Fix internal Germanic borders between tribes (I'm also happy to do this too).
* Start integrating modifiers for stats, (I'll leave this one to riknap if he's happy to do it)
* Reform retinues into something that makes sense.
* Add modifiers for special titles and provinces (for instance, both Constantinople and Rome should have a Senatorial Modifier, which gives a prestige and monetary boost to whoever owns it). The ERE will also have a "Failed invasion of Africa modifier, which cuts down on income and levy size somewhat. Other things like that.
* Start working with Crown laws, for Germanics, Romans and Sassanids.

Wasup?

Given that I've nearly reached the end of Exams and whatnot, I'm about to have the spare time necessary to get modding started proper.

To get everyone up to date, and get some sort of organisation in place, I'm preposing a Group chat on that date, so hopefully we can get an Alpha done before the end of the month (not sure which start date I will use, it may be September 4, 476 for simplicity's sake, I can then get a 395 startdate done later on).

Anyway, hope to see as many team members there as possible, or if you're not intrested in modding, jump in and ask some questions / throw out some new ideas. Can't hurt.

Well that's good, I've managed to get a working Roman History line, a western Roman Empire title and new religions intigrated (although not on the map as of yet).

Next step is actually giving the Roman Empire it's provinces (it will be dejure over it's historical territory in 395, but don't worry it will only be formable by Latin-Group Cultures,).
