If you find yourself with a ship or station that you find inadequate, or have an extension you wish to build onto an existing ship or station, you need to submit a blueprint of the new complete ship configuration you are upgrading or refitting to. The cost will be the difference between the new blueprint and the original blueprint.

If you simply want to be rid of the ship altogether, you may decommission it and receive it's mass in components in any available cargo space in the sector. If there is not enough cargo room, any components unable to fit will be lost permanently.
