This my WeaponInfo.xml downloaders group for GTA IV EFLC.

Modifications to weapons:
- All weapons have a lock on and fire range of 1,000,000!
- Explosive shotgun shoots as fast as ozi.
- Ozi shoots faster with less spred plus explosives like the pistol.
- Pistol shoots explosives.
- Advanced sniper shoots as fast as ozi with out loosing accuracy
- Tank shoots as fast as ozi.
- Buzzard missles shoots as fast as ozi.
- Buzzard mechineguns are faster.
- Annihilator shoots faster

Bugs:
- Sticky bombs being limited to 2 at once in MP
- Game freezes for a few seconds in between shots with the non-explosive auto shotgun.
- Game freezes for a few seconds in between shots with Grenade Launcher and grenades from it don't explode at all or correctly.

Things to know:
- It may sound as if people are shooting as fast as you with a weapon that has the speed modified, but they are shooting at regular pace.
- Peds may use the same weapon abilitys as you, even the rockets!
