Skype was OK when there were three of us, but we now need something a little better suited to a group of our size.

Download and install mumble, its fairly straightforward.

Then use mumble to connect to our server:

Use your in-game name as a username and use the default port to connect.

OVERALL THEME
Our aim on any rust server is to log in and enforce civility. This means that we recruit players into our group often, and execute known bandits on sight.

We Aim to share knowledge by gathering veterans and noobs together, so that we all get stronger from the tricks and skills of each member. We trade information and tools among our members, fairly.

RIGHTS

You keep what you earn. We do not hold our resources common, though we encourage trade (through a mediater). When you go out with the group and you find stone or wood piles, or animals, you all mine it at the same time, or you divy up multiple piles to each member.
Protection. By agreeing to be part of the group, you are owed at least some protection, so long as you follow the rules.

RULES

No Bandits. Bandit execution is allowed, but you have to know that they are a bandit. No killing new players or players who are non-hostile. The player must prove to you that they are non-hostile. If they behave questionably, you may kill them. You must protect your group members before you protect non-groups, but seek first to recruit, then to stop threats.
Protect. You must offer fellow members protection as best as you can. That does not mean that you cannot run, but you must look out for those members that you are with.
Group Up. You must either stay at the base camp, where you can be safe, or you must be out with at least one other person. No solo, if you go solo, you have no guarontee of rights.
