Valve, please please PLEASE give russians their own servers.
They refuse to speak english, they talk constantly spamming voicechat with unwanted noise, they are rude, they kick players, and are generally obnoxious.

I'm not suggesting blocking russians from playing with their friends around the world, nor am I suggesting some kind of ethnic IP block. I am suggesting that if they get their own servers, they will likely default to those servers, which gets them russian speaking teammates and better ping. EU players are also more likely to get matched with players who speak english.

Give them their own servers, it would be better for both them and EU players.

Disclaimer: I don't hate russians. While I am generalising, it is because that is my general experience. Obviously there are exceptions to the generalisation: kind, helpful, communicative, courteous and bilingual russians.
