• 1st Leader – in charge of scouts and recruiting
• 2nd Leader – raiders and training.
• 3rd Leader – Elites and guard rotation.
• Scout Leader – in charge of Scouts.
• Raid Leader – In charge of Raiders.
• Elite Leader – In charge of Elites.
• Scouts – locate rival bases, P.D. and bank. (The Eyes).
• Raiders – raid rival base, take everything. (The Muscle).
• Elites – Officers of the pack, hand selected, best of the best. Assigned with sole protection of base and assist on raids. (The Back Bone).
• Ranks – determine seniority and experience. Show initiative and perform well you will rise through the ranks.
• New Joins - change job description to Trial Rider. Must prove themselves Rough.
• Challenging - every 30 minutes you can challenge a Scout/Raid/Elite Leader. 1 v 1 fist dual winner takes Leadership position.
• Temporary Leaders - are asigned from that squad. Ex- Scouts can only become temp Scout leader untill previous leader returns. When two members from the same squad want to be temp Leader they will 1 v 1 fist/melee dual.
• Guide lines – This is a Brotherhood act as such. Do not steel, harm, con another member. If you are caught you will be exiled.
• Leaving – If you plan on resigning let a Leader know otherwise we take it as betrayal.
• Allies- we are allied with the Rudij Organization.
• Meetings – bring up thoughts and ideas to the table. It’s what built this gang into an empire. Any major decision is made with 2/3 Leader vote.
• Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is a process. Working together is success.
