Please invite your friends! Ask an officer to invite your friends/heisters that you have experience with. Please note, however, to only invite friends/heisters that you have enough knowledge that meet the following guidelines:

Team player
Not a cheater
Has either knowledge of how to do all heists or is a great listener/learner who can eventually do all the heists
Is in general a great heister to do jobs with and rely on
Does not troll; pop into heists to mess it up then leave and other things related to trolling/griefing heists
