Give Our Gmod Players Rights.

There are many people from many countries who play Gmod, also some are at many ages, Young people are known as Mingebags and the Teens or Adults treat the so called 'Mingebags' with disrespect. Thats when we come in. We want to help those who are called Mingebags and Perish the ones who treat them bad, Unless the mingebag has been doing something bad, such as spam, and there for should be kicked, if he/she rejoins give them a warning and if they do it again, then ban them.
