Users can now submit events directly to the front page without having to first suggest it to an admin.

The Strategy behind this is to let the users decide what the group does, instead of a single leader.

And occasionally we'll have admins that check in from time to time to make sure everything's neat and in order. So we're gonna see how this goes.
