2v2 Tournament! September 2016

The RFC will be hosting a doubles tournament starting this September. There WILL be a PRIZE, which is not yet determined. The prize will be split between the two team members. So don't forget that it is open club so invite who you want to participate with.

Rules and important notes

There will be a Tournament discussion posted where we will organize the sets and post results etc.
To sign up, ONE of you must post BOTH of your names in the discussion as well as a team name, please agree on your team name.
We need a minimum of EIGHT teams. But could also have twelve.
It is a double elimination tournament
Matches will be played first to 2 wins, so atleast 2 games will be played and up to 3.
It is the teams job to organize and finish a set in a timely manner.
More details will be provided in the tournament discussion. Please ask any questions there.

'Monthly' Update. Open Club!!

I've noticed how much we have improved so far and I want to invite in a few more peeps! I know a lot of you also have friends who are good at Rocket League so I'm gonna open up the club for a bit and let you guys invite all the friends you think would make a great addition. So just invite the friends you play or have played with, not just random people preferably.

Once we get some more members I will close the club again and organize an event, most likely a doubles tournament, with a small prize for the winning team. They can only participate if they are in the club, so make sure to invite the people you may want to play with!

Also if you would like me to invite someone when the club is closed then you can just ask me and I will invite them.

Teams

The thought of organizing teams has occurred to me, if you want to captain a team then organize the team, so it's up to you. I personally am going to be attempting to organize a standard team in the coming weeks, if you're interested then talk to me. My team will be representing the club and we would be grateful if teams you guys organize also represented the club! The initial goal for this club was for it to be the ideal place to organize teams like this. This is all very exciting as we are slowly but surely climbing the ranks!

I will be at camp for the next week or so, so I won't be on rocket league or steam until I get back.
