The REF Constitution

~ The REF is a Unit based on respect, professionalism and the enjoyment of ones gaming experience as an individual and as a unit.
~ The REF is a democratic Unit, all decisions are made after a majority vote has been concluded.
~ Decisions are made post two weeks of discussion and voting.
~ There is no rank in the REF, all are equal.
~ The minimum age to join the REF is 18.
~ In-game, the squad leader's word is law.
~ In-game, REF members are to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner, in conjunction with the unit's values, to all within the Unit, and to the entire public.
~ Arguments and disagreements are held privately between the two parties, within the REF.
~ Bigotry within the REF will result in excommunication.
~ Members of the REF are committed to working towards a better PR and PR community.
~ REF members are held accountable t0, and are to follow the rules of the server that they are on.
