If you want a good visual novel dating sim try a free game called katawa shaujo. Its rather old game but some scenes where there might not even be nudity or much show at all yet the written text is enough to suffice the sexual tension but no worries it has nudity but it takes time to get to it if you dont screw up your choices that is (kinda hard to do that so dont be too worried)
