Community Center at The White Shoals at about 70, 20 on the map. Just look for a giant crystal structure in a lake, and the CC is on the shore right next to that. It has basic crafting stations, beds, a teleporter, and storage for everyone to use.

Icthy (Bird) ---> Dodo
Eel ---> Coel

Rules:
-Be respectful of other players
-No blocking access to caves or building in areas rich with rare resources.
-Don't spam trees, bushes, or otherwise from the Eco's mod. Be reasonable, as creating your own personal forest will lag the server. A few trees to decorate your base is perfectly fine, however.
-Don't use the Redwoods from Eco's Trees. They cause severe server lag.
-If you join the main tribe, Clan Bloodraven, please use proper "[ ]" tags on all personal tames. Use [Comm] for any dinos you intend to leave at the Community Center. Do not unclaim any dinos that are tagged with [Comm] or that do not have your tag.
-All items within the Community Center will be considered community items for anyone to use. This means that to keep your items safe, you must go off and make your own base with your own storage. The Community Center is simply there to provide a safe space for people to start out in if they so wish.
-Please tag and name all teleporters. Use the [Public] tag for any public teleporters.
