ABOUT RPS_Exiles

A group for current & former RPSers

As part of the Ian Games Network buyout of RPS, the comment system has yet again been replaced, in a way that has enormously hampered discussion and conversation there.

This group obviously can't serve as a replacement for that, but it can at least be a place for current and former readers to stay in touch and chat about anything, possibly even videogames.

Just that the site is taking sponsored content that's being put into the regular feed. It's clearly labeled, but trash is still trash and it makes the site feel unserious. It's not as invasive as Christian's infamous tech deals, but who knows how long that will last or what shape it'll take. At least they left the comments on, so I imagine it's a way for RPS to show the suits that we don't want that ♥♥♥♥.

Ding dong, the witch is dead. By witch I mean the new commenting system on RPS. They've reverted to the old one, in case you missed that announcement. I'm still glad for the opportunity to connect with all these cool regulars here too.
