Special Riot Police Unit Created

A special Police Unit has been Established in order to deal with Riots. Armed with Bats, Water Cannons, and light Sheilds perfect for keeping Rioters at bay. Revolts will no longer be able to cause sutch problems to cause the army to get involved. These Units will be placed all around the Empire but more so in Prussias overseas and areas resisting Germanisation.
