The Committee for deciding all Imperial decisions.

The commitee was formed in order to allow an even duistribution of authority in the Prussian Government. It is the duty of the Commitee to pass laws into effect, Raise or lower taxation, place embaroges or repone trade, cancel alliances or to formally grant an alliance to those who seek one with mighty Prussia, etc, etc.
