2) Respect other countries and thier leaders, no cussing each other out and calling names and such.
3) You must RP!
4) Listen to the Managers.
5) If you are engaged in an RP-related steam chat, you must RP.

1) MUST be active
2) Must be realistic
3) Must roleplay maturely and cannot make un-natural assumptions.
4) You cannot create diplomatic agreements or actions with nations not in the PRT
