The whole thing was to create a RP event, that would be both entertaining, and invigorate uprisings, with its obserdities. It would emphasis on city change, via road blocks, incorporation of many scanners, mandated laws and bannings, as well as licenses, and a tad bit corruption, but would frequently be stamped out for image purposes and those included subsequently and publically executed.
